Queenshade Support Coordination (QSC) Services is the initial point of contact for people with a developmental disability or autism in New Jersey and its environs. We serve as the bridge between individuals, their families, and the vast network of community resources available to support them.
Founded on the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life, QSC works alongside clients — not just for them. We listen first, then act, coordinating the right services at the right time so that people can focus on living rather than navigating complex systems.
One of our most important goals is to empower families and individuals to make informed choices about the supports they seek — including NJ FamilyCare Housing Supports for eligible Medicaid members.
Finding Resources
We identify and connect individuals to community services, programmes, and support systems that align with their personal goals and needs.
Planning for the Future
We collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalised plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and vision for a fulfilling future.
Coordinating Supports
We work with service providers, MCOs, and community partners to ensure supports are in place, consistent, and adjusted as needs evolve.
Housing Supports
Through NJ FamilyCare Housing Supports, we help eligible Medicaid members secure and maintain stable, safe housing in the community.
Promoting Independence
We guide individuals toward greater independence — building skills, confidence, and the support networks they need to thrive on their own terms.
Family Partnership
We recognise that families are essential partners. We keep caregivers informed, involved, and equipped to advocate for their loved ones at every stage.
