Support Brokerage at Queenshade empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to take control of their own care. Through New Jersey's self-direction programme, eligible individuals can choose their own support workers, set their own schedules, and design a care plan that truly reflects their preferences and goals.

Our Support Brokers guide clients through every step of this process — from setting up a self-direction budget to hiring, training, and managing their support workers — making the experience as smooth and empowering as possible.
