Understanding NJ FamilyCare Housing Supports

NJ FamilyCare Housing Supports is a Medicaid-funded programme designed to help individuals who are homeless or at risk of losing stable housing. Queenshade DDD Services is proud to be an approved provider under this programme, working alongside four major MCO partners across New Jersey.

Services include Pre-Tenancy Support — helping individuals find and move into suitable housing — and Tenancy Sustaining Support, which helps those already housed to remain stably housed through ongoing advocacy, landlord management, and community connections.
